2. Products & Availability

All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, ingredients, usage directions, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients or digital display limitations. Manovya reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made through the secure payment gateway integrated into our website. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

  • By placing an order, you authorise Manovya (or its third-party payment service providers) to process and store your payment details securely.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. You may request cancellation before the product has been dispatched by contacting hello@manovya.com.

  • Manovya reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues. Manovya will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care and wellness items), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us at hello@manovya.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Manovya. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
