Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not been shipped.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage/issue.

  • Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product for a refund and place a new order.
